We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and talented Night Nanny with valuable toddler and early years experience to support a high-net-worth family who have a 2-year-old and a 7-year-old. Focused on primarily caring for the toddler, you will also provide support with some of the evening and morning routine duties for the 7-year-old.

Exceptionally confident and able to work autonomously, you should also be a team player who is adaptable to the family’s ways of working and happy to work alongside the parents and taking instruction where needed. You will be hardworking, dedicated, and highly reliable with a strong foundation in childcare, as well as formal training – ideally the family would like to employ a Norland Nanny but will also consider those with other formal training and relevant experience.

Usual hours will be to work ideally 6 nights per week, from 7pm-7am. A staffed household, a daytime nanny is also employed, so good communication skills will be required to ensure a smooth handover.
The family are looking for the Night Nanny to ideally start in March 2025, however, they would be open to having the Nanny start earlier if desired.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
• Prior early years and toddler experience within a high-net worth family
• Formal childcare training, ideally Norland-trained
• Caring, happy and positive outlook
• Calm, grounded and organised
• First aid trained and DBS checked
• Confident with sleep training
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Willingness to work night shifts
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Excellent checkable references
