We are working with a lovely high-net-worth family of 3 to source an experienced and hardworking part-time Cook for their family home in Holland Park to work on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. You will be exceptionally organised and work in a fast and efficient manner, ensuring that high standards of hygiene and cleanliness are adhered to at all times.

The family enjoy healthy, varied and where possible organic family styles meals, and there are no specific dietary requirements. Duties will include liaising with suppliers and vendors, provisioning, and preparation of lunch for the principals and dinner for the family. Additionally, the Chef will also prepare and cook meals that the family can heat up and serve themselves on the days that the Chef is not there.

Working Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, working hours will be from around 12-8pm. They generally have lunch around 1pm/1:30pm and dinner at 6:30/7pm. The family would like the Chef to be self-employed.

DUTIES TO INCLUDE, BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO:
• Menu planning in line with the principals’ preferences
• Daily preparation of lunch and dinner for the family
• Preparing fridge fill meals that the family can use on the days the chef is not there
• Sourcing high quality ingredients and liaising with vendors and suppliers
• Stock rotation and inventory management
• Maintaining hygiene standards to the highest level; cleaning the kitchen
• Food quality control

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
• Prior experience as a Chef working for high-net-worth clients
• Ability to prepare delicious, varied, and healthy family-style meals
• Good time management skills
• Strict on hygiene procedures
• Highly organised, motivated, and proactive
• Trustworthy, reliable, and discreet
• Right to live and work in the UK
• London-based
