ROTATIONAL LEAD HOUSEKEEPER FOR 85M+ MOTOR YACHT
We are looking for an experienced Lead Housekeeper to run a team of 3 housekeeping stewardesses onboard a private/charter dual season motor yacht. You will be responsible for the day to day running of your team, time management, cleaning, detailing, maintenance schedules, work schedules, organizing and planning, inventories, ordering or purchasing items, and yacht preparation for the owners and chartered guests.
Reporting to the Interior Manager, you must have an excellent eye for detail, and be pleasant and self motivated, leading by example. Interior team of 9.
REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION:
- STCW
- ENG1
- PDSD
- B1/B2 visa (ideally)
- Must have at least 2-3 years experience in a similar role
- Strong, calm leadership style
- Excellent references
PACKAGE:
- Salary: EUR 5300 p/m
- 10:10 rotation
- Repatriation flights
- Excellent discretionary bonus system in place
