We have a brilliant opportunity for a motivated, versatile, and well-presented household all-rounder to look after a large 5-bedroom apartment for an UHNW family of four in Central London. The successful candidate will have excellent management and communication skills and the ability to interact with high-net-worth clients comfortably and confidently. Responsible for all administrative duties, you will also be well versed in all service and housekeeping aspects and have a ‘can-do’, team player mentality.

The family spend a few weeks per year at this property, so they are looking to appoint a professional and trustworthy individual to maintain the property in their absence, however, it is essential that the candidate is fully available and on hand when they are in town. Though this is a live-out position, they would like for the successful candidate to live in when they are in residence and a private en-suite bedroom will be provided on-site for this period.

The role will require a versatile all-rounder with a flexible approach, self-motivation, and the ability to work autonomously. When the family are in residence, you will cook a light breakfast for them and also undertake ad-hoc driving and errand running duties. Throughout the year, other duties will include hands-on cleaning and the upkeep of the property, managing contractors, suppliers, and tradesmen, personal shopping for the family, as well as managing all inventories.

Working 48 hours per week across 5 days, this role is live-out, so best suited for a London-based candidate. Prior experience within a high-net-worth household or onboard a super yacht is highly desirable, and a full, clean UK driving license is essential. The family have two school-aged children, so they are looking to appoint a child-friendly candidate to remain with them long-term. Ideally, you will also be able to travel internationally with the family from time to time.

DUTIES TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
• Concierge duties and personal shopping
• Food and beverage service
• Cooking for the family – simple, light meals & breakfast
• Hands-on cleaning of the property when they are not in residence
• Laundry and wardrobe management, including caring for fine fabrics and ironing
• Packing and unpacking for the principals
• Polishing silver and glassware
• Managing stocks of cleaning products
• Administrative duties & keeping inventories updated
• Liaising with suppliers, tradesmen, and contractors
• Driving the family when required
• Ad-hoc duties as required

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
• Prior experience within in a private household or yacht
• Fluency in spoken English & eligibility to work in the UK
• Full, clean UK driving license
• Hardworking and dedicated; high attention to detail and exacting standards
• Able to work independently, trustworthy and reliable
• Excellent checkable references
