We have an amazing opportunity for a professional, hands-on, and energetic Butler/Driver to support an UHNW family of four in their 5-bedroom home in Knightsbridge. The ideal candidate will have previous experience either working as a Butler/Driver, or in 5-star hotels or on superyachts in a transferable position.
A staffed home, our client is looking for a team player who is able to work autonomously when required, consistently providing a 5-star service in collaboration with the wider team. You will be exceptionally confident in all service styles and have in-depth F&B experience, as well as the confident ability to liaise with suppliers and vendors.

Further responsibilities will include ensuring that the vehicles are always fueled and immaculately cleaned, inside and out.
Being travel-ready is essential for this role, as you will be expected to travel internationally for around 60 days per year, usually for about 7-10 days at a time. You will also have experience with delicate garments, as you will be responsible for managing the principal’s wardrobe, with an emphasis on packing and unpacking during travels.
A live-out position, you will work 5 days per week, with working hours split into rotating shifts, so you will either work the early or the late shift. There will be occasional weekend work required, after which 2 days will be given off in lieu during the week.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Providing 5-star food & beverage service at all times in a formal setting
• Meeting and greeting visitors
• Offering drinks knowledge and advising on wine-pairing and cocktail choices
• Management of stock and inventories in collaboration with other butlers
• Safely driving the family when required and maintaining the vehicles
• Travelling ahead of the principal to various destinations
• Packing and unpacking, wardrobe management
• Liaising directly with the principal to ensure that all of their needs are met
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
• Positive, patient, confident and able to maintain the utmost confidentiality and discretion
• Experience with high level entertaining with a strong eye for detail
• Safe driver with valid UK driving licence
• Polished, professional, and boundaried
• Excellent communication skills and a good team player
• Hardworking, dedicated, and loyal
• Experience working in a 5-star hotel or on superyachts desirable
• Live locally in London and have the right to live and work in the UK
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Have excellent checkable references
