A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced and knowledgeable Laundress to work for a lovely family with two young children on a part-time basis in their family home in Central London. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled at laundry, the care of fine linen and clothing, as well as being organised and skilled in wardrobe management.

Working 3 days per week, you will work a total of 15 hours per week (5 hours per day) and you must be willing to be self-employed for this role.

• Laundry of all clothing, including fine fabrics, suits, and children’s clothing
• Laundering of fine linens and towels
• Hand washing delicate items
• Ironing, pressing, folding, and appropriately hanging/storing all items
• Ensuring wardrobes are neat and tidy

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
• Prior laundress experience in a high-end private household or bespoke hotel
• High level of spoken English and the eligibility to work in the UK
• Exceptional eye for detail
• Passionate about clothing and fine linens
• Discreet, unobtrusive, and adaptable
• Able to work independently with little supervision whilst still being a good team player
