We have an amazing opportunity for a skilled and talented Junior Butler/Bartender/Driver to work for an ultra-high net worth family in their large Mayfair residence. This is a varied, hands-on role that requires someone who has excellent drinks and beverage knowledge, and ideally some sommelier or mixologist experience although this is not essential. You will also be driving regularly for the principals so a confident London driver is a must for this role.

This is a household where exceptionally high standards are required at all times, and this role requires a hardworking and diligent individual who is happy to muck-in across the board to ensure all of the
principal’s needs are met.

This role is ideally a live-out position you will work 5 days a week (48 hours) with flexibility required, as well as weekend work which is essential.

DUTIES TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
• Serving drinks for the principals and regular guests at small family dinners and large-scale events
• Offering drinks knowledge and advising on wine-pairing and cocktail choices.
• Management of bar area and maintenance of stock
• Ensuring high standards of cleanliness in the bar area at all times
• Formal and informal service for the principal and guests
• Serve and supervise at private functions and events
• Polishing glasses, silver, and cutlery
• Driving the principals to various meeting and engagements, airport pick-ups and drops off
• Additional duties as required

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
• Excellent knowledge of drinks and wine, previous drinks service experience
• Confident and safe driver, with London driving experience
• Very high attention to detail
• Hardworking with a ‘can-do’ positive attitude
• Flexible approach to tasks
• A strong multi-tasker
• London-based
• Full UK driving license
• Fluent spoken English
• Great teamwork skills as well as the ability to work autonomously
• Excellent checkable references
