TEMPORARY PART-TIME CLEANER – CENTRAL LONDON

We are assisting a wonderful high net worth client with the recruitment of a temporary part-time Cleaner for their 3-bedroom apartment in Marylebone. The client is looking to engage an experienced and dedicated Cleaner on a temporary part-time basis for the months of June and July.

Duties will include daily cleaning and tidying of the bedrooms, bathrooms, living area and kitchen, as well as laundry and ironing. With prior experience in high-net-worth households, you will be an excellent timekeeper, meticulous in your work and have the ability to prioritise and work autonomously, as well as having good knowledge of how to care for fine furnishings and fabrics.

The client is flexible on working days but will require the Cleaner three days per week, for 3 hours per day. Visiting London a few times throughout the year, there is a possibility that this could turn into a long-term, ad-hoc arrangement for the right candidate.

DAILY DUTIES TO INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
• Dusting and polishing surfaces, ornaments, fixtures, and fittings
• Cleaning and tidying bedrooms, making beds, and changing bed linen
• Vacuuming rugs and carpets, sweeping, and mopping floors
• Cleaning and sanitising bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living areas
• Care and laundering of clothing, including fine and delicate fabrics, linen, and towels
• Ironing, pressing, folding, and appropriately hanging/storing all items
• Ensure that the highest standards of cleanliness are maintained throughout the apartment

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
• Previous experience in a similar role
• High standard of cleaning and laundry/ironing skills
• Ability to work autonomously
• Reliable, hardworking, and efficient
• Good level of English
• Organised and meticulous, with a high level of attention to detail
• Ability to complete tasks to the highest standards
• Flexible with a ‘can-do’ and proactive attitude
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Excellent checkable references
