TRAVELLING STEWARDESS FOR LOVELY FAMILY – LONDON

A fabulous opportunity has become available for an experienced, versatile, and well-rounded Stewardess to work for an international ultra-high net worth family of 6 in their London property. A live-out role in London, you will also travel internationally with the family, so you must be flexible, organised and travel ready.

Working as part of a staffed household, you will mainly be responsible for food and beverage service throughout the day, as well as meeting and greeting guests and making them feel at home. Responsible for table settings, care of silver and crystal as well as assisting the Chef in the kitchen with any ad-hoc tasks, you will be a team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude. The family are really lovely and down-to-earth, so the ideal candidate will be bubbly and friendly with a positive, happy energy and will be a pleasure to be around.

Further duties will include packing and unpacking for the principals, mucking in with housekeeping duties if required, as well as dog-walking and some ad-hoc errand running. The principals have multiple properties worldwide and travel frequently, so you will travel with them when required (on a rotational basis with other travelling stewardesses). All travel, accommodation and food costs will be covered by the family when travelling.

You will work 8 hours daily, 5 days per week (including weekends on a rotational basis) with flexibility required at times. When travelling, you might work more days, with time given off in lieu when back in London. The family have two dogs and two cats, so being pet friendly is essential for this role.

DUTIES TO INCLUDE, BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO:
• Laying tables and providing food & beverage service throughout the day
• Liaising with the Chef daily and assisting with any ad-hoc tasks in the kitchen
• Meeting, greeting, and welcoming any guests
• Packing and unpacking for the principals
• Working collaboratively with other travelling staff and housekeepers to ensure the smooth running of the household
• Dog walking and ad-hoc errand running
• Travelling internationally with the family
• Reporting any issues to the House Manager

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
• Prior experience as a stewardess onboard superyachts or similar experience within a high-end private household
• Fluent English – both spoken and written and the right to live and work in the UK
• A warm, friendly, and bubbly personality
• Highly motivated, enthusiastic, organised and well presented
• A good all-rounder with common sense and an eye for detail
• Flexibility to travel internationally
• Excellent checkable references
